note that,flanges must be inner side.

tray holders:

One of them has 2 pieces of 10mm clamps,other one has only one:

same structure like other side.

Now we can assemble our structured parts:

Now,we are on tray parts:

Dont tight the screws,you need balance the tray on its own location.

            

Final structure of your TwoDee EVO:

94mxl belt using at tilt and 100mxl belt is using for roll.
